How It Works
1. Feeding
Raw material is fed into the continuous carbonization furnace via an enclosed screw feeder.
2. Drying and Preheating
Material moves through the horizontal rotary drum, preheating to remove residual moisture.

3. Pyrolysis Carbonization
Inside the sealed, oxygen-free reactor, temperatures rise to between 500°C and 600°C, triggering the pyrolysis reaction. The biomass breaks down into solid charcoal and combustible gas.
4. Cooling and Discharge
The hot charcoal moves through a water-cooled pipe, lowering its temperature safely before discharge.
5. Gas Recycling
The combustible gas produced is cleaned and recycled to heat the furnace, creating a self-sustaining energy loop.
